Ofer Avni, CEO
Prior to founding Cellint, Ofer was co-founder and director of Idioma Ltd. (www.idiomasolutions.com), the global market leader in automated media monitoring solutions. Under Ofer’s guidance, Idioma reached the highest market cap in its industry today.
Previously, Ofer was the founder and CEO of Assist Interactive Fitness, a company that developed and sold electronic consumer products to the US fitness market via mass merchandize stores, TV and home shopping channels.
Ofer holds a Bsc in Physics from the Tel-Aviv University.
Yossi Kaplan, COO & CTO
Yossi was VP R&D of Idanit Technologies, which he joined as a start-up company and led to a 63M$ buyout by Scitex in 1998. Since then, the company (now called Scitex Vision) tripled its revenues to 92M$ annually in 2001 and was acquired by HP for $230M in 2005.
Previously, as a senior manager at Orbotech, Yossi was in charge of developing the company’s flag product, the Vision 306, which is Orbotech’s main business up to now.
Yossi is a veteran of the 8200 Elite unit of the Israeli Intelligence.
Yossi holds a Bsc in Mathematics and MBA in Finance from Tel-Aviv University.
H.J (Jon) Frank, US Director for ITS
H. J. (Jon) Frank is president of Morgun Ventures Ltd., a consulting firm specializing in the introduction of new products and/or companies to the transportation market. A graduate of Brown University (‘62), he has spent the last 35 years introducing new products for companies such as Hercules Inc., Diamond Shamrock, Cooper Industries, Stimsonite Corp., Rohm and Hass, U.S. Wireless and Rowland products. He was a principal in the start up and development of Reflexite Corporation and Barrier Systems, both are active and successful companies in the transportation industry.
Jon has been active with numerous trade associations and has served on the BOD for ARTBA, ATTSA, and ITE. He has also served on numerous task forces for TRB, NAS, AASHTO/ARTBA/AGC joint committee, IBTTA, ITE, ITSA, HITEC and as a member of the NCUTCD for 25 years.
Jan Klein, US Director for Cellular Operators
Jan has spent over 25 years in the telecommunications field. He is co-founder and general partner at PSK, LLC , where he advises early stage companies and financial institutions. In addition, he is an adjunct professor at Farleigh Dickenson University.
Klein spent 18 years at AT&T in sales, marketing and finance and more recently was the VP of Business Development for US Wireless Corp and worked for Geotek and Qualcomm. Additionally, he was a sell-side equity analyst at Dean Witter covering wireless and Internet firms.
Jan received his MBA from George Washington, EMBA from Cornell, and a BS in Aerospace Engineering from Penn State
