Cellcom Chooses NetEyes for Network Optimization for Deploying Over Its Entire Cellular Network

Cellcom (www.cellcom.co.il), the largest cellular operator in Israel, provides a very high service level, including a low rate of dropped calls (less than 1%). Cellcom deployed NetEyes at a couple of projects during 2005. Following these successful projects, a contract for deploying NetEyes over the entire network of Cellcom (tens of BSCs) was signed on Q1 2006.

During its operation, NetEyes enabled Cellcom to detect and prioritize clusters of dropped calls over the entire footprint of Cellcom's GSM network, while significantly contributing to eliminate these clusters.
