New release of NetEyes, Cellint's groundbreaking RF optimization solution was deployed nationwide by Cellcom Israel, the leading operator in Israel, over its network

Cellint's NetEyes (www.cellint.com) has announced today that Cellcom Israel Ltd. (www.cellcom.co.il), the largest cellular operator in Israel, has deployed the latest release of NetEyes over its entire GSM network in Israel, following significant contribution of NetEyes in solving persistent dropped calls problems.

NetEyes utilizes Cellint's proprietary pattern-matching method and algorithms over cellular signaling data, to cluster persistent problems according to their root cause and enables solving them efficiently (such as dropped calls, poor call quality and 3G to 2G switching events). NetEyes uses all subscribers as test drivers, in order to identify and eliminate pockets of these RF problems.
By filtering sporadic problems and differentiating between problems within the same cell-sector, NetEyes enables proper prioritization of the problems, detection of the reasons for the problems and thus assists in their operative solutions while verifying the impact of these changes.
The new release of NetEyes enables identifying pocket problems and solving them with much less field work such as drive tests in most cases.
Cellcom Israel began using NetEyes during 2005, and following several successful projects, deployed the first release of NetEyes over its entire network in 2006. Within only several months of operations, NetEyes enabled Cellcom Israel to successfully solve most of the major RF problems identified by the system.
